I keep telling myself that it's only a machine, albeit a very special high quality machine and that I will not cry when it goes to a new home. Actually, the time is right; I've loved it, been excited by it, taken huge pleasure from looking at it and felt just a little bit smug about owning it. With three cars on the drive, this is the sensible choice and occasionally, sense wins through.Undoubtedly this is a lovely car. Clarkson reckons it to be an uncomfortable car but, as a serious back sufferer I have not had any problems (He also claims it to be owned by wife swappers and he's also wrong on that).Unfortunately, during a period of inactivity some time ago (back sufferer; not car related) the rear upgraded alloys were allowed to develop an area of corrosion each and this has since deteriorated further. Additionally, owing to misunderstanding, poor eyesight and complete stupidity the previous service was missed.
